Located at Mamudpur Char in Bhatpara, Madhabdi, the manufacturing site occupies approximately 50 katha and is arranged across three production sheds. The layout separates core manufacturing, processing and material-handling activities while keeping them close enough for supervisors to follow work as it moves from one stage to another. Looms, supporting equipment and the dyeing operation are organised around the practical requirements of fabric production, providing dedicated areas for incoming materials, active production and completed fabric awaiting inspection or dispatch.

Production planning at the facility takes account of machine availability, fabric construction, processing requirements and the delivery sequence agreed for each programme. A compact workforce allows technical and commercial questions to reach the people responsible for the work quickly, while inspection and production records provide checkpoints before material moves forward. The purpose is not simply to keep machinery operating; it is to maintain an orderly manufacturing flow in which problems can be identified early and every order can be followed with a clear understanding of its current stage.
