QUALITY MANAGEMENT
We comply with major international textile standards
Quality Control Begins Before Bulk Production
Quality at Onin Textile Group is managed through a sequence of checks rather than left for a final inspection after the fabric has already been completed. Before bulk production begins, the required construction, fibre composition, usable width, weight, shade, finish and intended application are reviewed against the approved reference. During manufacturing, operators and supervisors monitor the stages most likely to affect consistency, while completed batches are examined before packing so that irregularities can be identified while corrective action is still practical.
This approach connects factory-level inspection with production records, customer specifications, material documentation and independent certification. Certificates provide external verification for particular products, processes and periods of validity, but they do not replace the daily controls needed to produce dependable fabric. The purpose of this page is therefore to present both parts of the quality system: the checks carried out during manufacturing and the recognised standards under which eligible operations and materials have been assessed.
WE DO REQUIREMENT REVIEW
Before sampling or bulk production begins, the order is reviewed against the customer’s technical information and any approved reference available for the programme. Construction, fibre composition, finished width, weight, shade, surface appearance and required finish are considered together because a decision made in one area can alter the result elsewhere. Questions or conflicting instructions are raised at this stage, when adjustments can still be made without disrupting production.
IN-PROCESS MONITORING
Checks continue while the fabric moves through formation, colouration and finishing rather than waiting until every process has been completed. Production teams watch for recurring faults, variations in construction, changes in shade and handling problems that may become more difficult to correct later. Observations are communicated to the responsible department so that the affected material can be reviewed and the process adjusted before the same issue continues across a larger quantity.
FINAL FABRIC ASSESSMENT
Completed production is examined against the approved requirements before it is accepted for packing. The review considers visible faults, measurements, colour continuity, surface condition, handle and consistency between rolls or batches. Material that does not reasonably match the expected result is separated for further assessment, allowing the team to decide whether correction, replacement or another course of action is appropriate.
PACKING AND RELEASE
Fabric approved for dispatch is identified and prepared according to the order’s packing and presentation requirements. Roll or package information, quantities and customer references are checked so that the physical shipment agrees with the accompanying records. This final stage is intended to prevent correctly produced material from being delayed, confused or incorrectly allocated because of avoidable packing and documentation errors.
